Product Description
The AZS fused cast blocks zirconia corundum brick is a white solid formed by pure alumina powder and zircon sand containing 65% zirconia and about 34% silica in the electric furnace after being melted and injected into the model for cooling. Fused zirconia corundum brick is commonly known as white iron brick, also known as corundum-oblique zircon brick. The main chemical components are Al2O3 45%-50%, ZrO2 32%-44%, and SiO2 12-16%. The main mineral composition is oblique zircon (ZrO2), corundum (α-Al2O3) and glass phase. Oblique zircon crystals form the backbone of the brick, ZrO2 has a high melting point (2715°C), good chemical stability, and strong resistance to acidic and alkaline media, especially glass liquid.
Fused Cast AZS Refractory bricks products of AZS series of oxidation are made of qualified raw materials by using specially designed electric arch furnace and undergoing the casting process through long-arc melting furnace and oxidation. This kind of casting process hardly suffers any carbon pollution from the electrode
Due to the application of such casting technology and high-purity raw materials, AZS brick of oxidated electrocast zirconia-alumina products are possessed of special and high quality of erosion resistance of glass liquids. In addition, it has the minimal pollution to the glass.
AZS-33
AZS-33 bricks are excellent in preventing the pollution of glass liquids. The possibility of causing glass stones, bubbles and basic glass phase precipitation is quite slim. It can be applied to the upper structure of melting pool, the tank wall corner tiles,paving bricks and other approaches as well.
AZS-36
AZS-36 bricks are the standard Fused Cast AZS Refractory bricks brick which boasts of the quality of particularly high corrosion resistance of glass liquids and low pollution. More than that, it has a balanced performance in the above two aspects. It can be applied to the direct access of glass furnace and glass liquids, such as melting tank wall corner tiles, paving bricks and charging door.
AZS-41
AZS-41 bricks are the best oxidated zircon corundum brick which possesses the quality of highest corrosion resistance of glass liquids and excellent low pollution of glass liquids. It can be applied to the locations of glass furnace which requires particularly high corrosion endurance, such as full-fused furnace, liquid pumps, furnace ridge, bubbling brick and bricks of charging door corners.

Application
The refractory temperature of AZS fused cast blocks zirconia corundum brick can reach above 1790℃, the softening temperature of the charge is generally higher than 1550-1650℃, the compressive strength can reach above 80Mpa, and it also has good thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance.
It is used in high-temperature environments such as pool furnaces and electric furnaces in the glass manufacturing field, as well as slideways and soda ash production furnaces in the steel industry. In glass kilns, AZS fused cast blocks zirconia corundum bricks are often used in key parts such as the bottom, furnace wall, upper structure, and feed channel of glass kilns. These places are often eroded and corroded by materials, and can ensure normal high-temperature operation. Furnace operation can improve glass quality and production efficiency. In the metallurgical industry, AZS fused cast blocks zirconia corundum bricks can be used to build degassing steel drum linings, stainless steel drum linings, rolled steel drum linings, etc. Due to its excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, it can reduce the wear of the furnace wall.
